The Be Outstanding Operating System

You've carried the same decision since spring. In ninety days you become the person who makes it.

Not motivation. Not a course. Ten people, two live calls a week, and the decision written down on day one, made by the end of week six.

Start with a conversation

The first group starts on Friday 2nd October.

Free, and by application. The purpose is suitability, not pressure.

The part nobody says out loud

Nothing is wrong. That's the problem.

You start well and drift. You hold back when it matters. You postpone what you care about. You've read the books and the behaviour still doesn't follow, so you've quietly decided the problem is you.

This is rarely a discipline problem. Discipline is the one thing you've already proved you have.

Three ways this goes

What another year of carrying it actually costs.

You've had it about a year already. Here is what each of the three options in front of you comes to.

Change nothing

365

more days carrying it

It costs no money at all. You keep the decision and the argument in the car, and next September you're having this exact thought again.

The one to one

£3,600

same ninety days, alone

The same method, delivered privately. It works. One person has already finished it. It costs twice what the room costs.

The cohort

£1,800

or three payments of £650

Same ninety days. Ten people, two live calls a week. The decision goes on paper in week one and gets made by the end of week six.

Knowing was never the problem.

Why this exists

The moment before you act is the only place any of this changes.

Aran Bray built the Take One Moment Method around one point: the instant immediately before action, where you either continue the pattern or choose something else. Everything else is commentary.

The pattern runs on a loop. Trigger, behaviour, result, reinforcement. It runs whether you are paying attention or not, and it has been running yours for years. The work interrupts it at the only point it can be interrupted.

Four steps, and you keep them:

EExpose. Recognise the pattern.
DDetach. Create space from the reaction.
GGuide. Choose a direction.
EExecute. Act deliberately.

Ninety days is that sequence run once, slowly, with someone watching. You leave using it on a Tuesday without me.

Everything included

Seven things you're still holding when it ends.

01Your Starting Point page. Written with me one to one before week one. The decision in one sentence, and the pattern protecting it.
02The Client Roadmap and Welcome document. The whole ninety days on paper before you start.
03Two live calls a week, thirteen completed worksheets. A short call opens each week, after that week's instruction video, for questions. A longer call closes it, to reflect on the week. The calls aren't the thing. The finished sheet is.
04Thirteen weekly reflections. Sent to me, read before we speak. They go nowhere near the group.
05Your EDGE card. Your pattern on one side. Your four steps out of it on the other.
06Your Operating System page. One page carrying your standards and the single direction you've chosen.
07Your Continuation Plan. Written in week thirteen. How you run this without me.

£1,800 in full, or three payments of £650.

Ten places. One intake a month. Two live calls a week.

"It was a big commitment both financially and uncomfortably into ‘me’, the biggest I've made really, and that choice was really a turning point in telling myself ‘I'm doing this for me, and I'm worth it’."

Rachel, on the ninety days. She completed it one to one at £3,600, not in a cohort. Her own written words, used with her permission.

Two ways out, both written down

Leave by the end of week two and you get everything back. No reason needed.

Finish all thirteen worksheets and all thirteen reflections, and if the decision on your Starting Point page still isn't made, you get four more weeks with me one to one at no charge.

Where this actually stands

The honest version.

This is a new cohort and I am not going to pretend otherwise.

The firstopen cohort of a programme that has only run one to one until now. Same work, same structure, now reaching ten people in the hour it used to reach one.
Thirteen weeksof worksheets, a client roadmap and a weekly reflection template already exist and are already written.
PublishedThe Eight Doctrines of Human Expansion is on the site in full, and free to download. The Take One Moment Method is what we talk through in the first conversation.
Free eventsLive dates are listed on the what's-on page at be-outstanding.com.
"I've found this isn't about adding more or doing more. It's actually about slowing down to actually see things." Rachel, on the ninety days. Her own written words, used with her permission.
"This makes everything feel easier and clearer, decisions are quicker and I'm not second guessing myself all the time." Rachel, on the ninety days. She completed it one to one.

Before you fill anything in

Not everyone should start here.

This is for you if

  • You function well and you're held back by yourself
  • You can name the thing in one sentence
  • You've read and learned plenty and the behaviour hasn't followed
  • You want clarity rather than motivation
  • You're willing to be honest on paper once a week

This isn't for you if

  • You want a quick fix or a lift
  • You want to be told who to be
  • You're looking for therapy, a diagnosis or a label
  • You want pressure, hustle or performance for its own sake
  • You're in a crisis right now. This work slows things down, and a crisis needs something faster

We sort this out in the conversation. The aim isn't to sell you a programme. It's to start you at the right level.

You've had a year.

Ninety days in a room of ten, with the thing you've been carrying written down in week one and dealt with by week six. Start with a conversation and we'll find out whether it's the right level for you.
